Delivery & returns

Orders and pre-orders are not open. Checkout is unavailable and no payment is taken.

Delivery arrangements

Delivery destinations, postage prices and fulfilment dates will be confirmed before the shop opens. If we offer pre-orders, the product page and checkout will explain the expected dispatch window and latest agreed delivery date before payment.

Cancellations and returns

Our full cancellation and returns terms, including a cancellation form, will be available before orders open. Standard online garment orders will carry the applicable consumer cancellation rights. A garment being made as part of a pre-order batch does not, by itself, remove those rights.

For standard online goods, you generally have 14 days after receiving your order to tell the seller you wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return it. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate. Our published sales policy will explain refund timings, delivery refunds and return postage before purchase.
